Why does Freesat.co.uk.ini have a dayStart time of 15.00

Firstly, thanks for the excellent ini.

I'm sure there is a logical reason, but why does this ini have a dayStart set at 15.00?

There are no programmes in the grab that don't overlap the 15.00 time line.

When I change the 15:00 to an earlier or later the grap changes to the new start time.
