fixed : the 5.2 build 2 quickfix caused the channellist creation to fail in a lot of cases
fixed : In REX multiple starrating elements were reduced to just one
fixed : in REX and MDB starrating correction was always done even if not specified in the config
improved: the code that parses episodenum pattern
Thanks to this, the REX (and the allocation and presentation part of MDB) run a lot faster.

Build 2 of version 5.2 .. 'quickfix' that removes a leftover testmode that disabled subpage handling in some cases .
