wg++ not running on windows 11

I bought a new windows 11 pc. I can't make wg++ run. It just quickly shows a window, then exits.
It doesn't make Webgrab++.log.txt nor WGLicence.log.txt, so I can't upload those.

My Webgrab++.config.xml, the site.ini and site.channels.xml are the same as on my old pc, where it worked perfectly.
I have an unlimited licence.

There was bloatware (Norton) on the new pc. That one didn't allow me to install wg++ at all, so it was then uninstalled itself.
After that I could install wg++.

I have tried to have E:\WebGrabData as configuration folder as a parameter to wg++ and I have added wg++ as a trusted app to the windows firewall.

Nothing helps. Any ideas?
