i dont know what webgrab version your using but you also may need to edit the ini and add compression=gzip to the site {xxx} line like below.
site {ratingsystem=ES|episodesystem=onscreen|compression=gzip}
i use 5.1.4.3 and dont need it.
wg was having issues keeping gtrack of the date/time as it was getting the start/stop time from the details page which we rarely use.
i rewrote it to use a different page.
its much faster also.
download and replace ini
no revision change
channel list is trhe same.
I tested it here and it worked. but it didn't have all the channels I needed.
Now I'm using mi.tv.
