.txt instead of .xml

Hello, I couldn't find any proper answers to this so I will ask again.

Is it possible to make normal text files out of EPG? Straight from WebGrabPlus? For example, it should look like this

January
-------
2025-01-01 - Wednesday
00:10 Program #1
00:50 Program #2

2025-01-02 - Thursday
00:15 Program #1
02:50 Program #2

Also it would be great to get seperate text files for seperate channels.
