tvpassport.com No Index Page

Hi, I am trying to get some canadians channels that tvhebdo.com.can't handle. I am trying to do this with tvpassport.com  I tried first the default channels from L9H1N3D postal code and all I got was

I tried to generate the providers xml for M4B1B3 and there also give the no index error​.  Please, verify if tvpassport.com have made some changes and if the ini file is working and I am doing something wrong.  Thanks.
