tv.com again Down

Hi
tv.com is down again and i cant run to grab the guide.xml
since tv.com has to many problem where i can find the tvguide.com channels.xml list ? so i can use it or
i have the tvtv.us.channels.xml list but is missing the local channel, where i can find it.

Try TV passport in International, it works OK and has most US Local channels available
