the same problem here. I have decrypt key from donors section in my WebGrab++.config.xml
[Error ] Missing Decryption userkey for telekom.sk.ini!!
[Error ] Add Decryption userkey in config : keyvalue

(do not post the key here)
But I have them there :(
sitename in decrypt line must be site="telekom.cz.EK" and site="telekom.sk.EK"
