I'm generally curious whether it would be possible to scrape this site in particular to create a generic EPG for sports.
An example being grabbing all teams, times and channels from https://sport-tv-guide.live/live/football

Extremely yes, but very very extreme. Sites like this are not trustable, because often cross information by event and channel. The clear example is dazn with 12 channels (i think) you grab it and doesn't correspond to what you need just because on these sites you have "dazn" they do not specify if it's dazn1, dazn2, etc etc. The few attempt made in the past revealed that is better grab the single channel from the proper provider and then do a merge.
