As a registered user, they grab sub-titles and desc languages mostly without problem. They don't grab the season and episode number however, unlike something like mc2xml. Is there something wrong with the inis or their websites?

So the Season and Episode number grabs are only for donators right?
Correct full details (episode, actors,etc etc as well postprocess) only for supporters (5 euro per year for 250 channels)
