Hi
I am experiencing problems. I have an webgrab config.xml with around 200 channels in from radiotimes.com as I have found tvguide.co.uk to be experiencing problems lately when grabbing(this was running excellently up until about 2 months ago and then it started to fail on every run)
When I grab from TV Guide.co.uk it has the Season/Episode data for the channels, but on the Radiotimes.com it does not. I have tried to look through the ini file for Radiotimes but am unsure what to change. I am using Rev 15 on Windows 10. I have not made any other changes to this.
Please could anyone help me with this? I am needing this information to be displayed.

Thanks mat8861. I have rev23 now. Now I have another problem.
The season/episode data for radiotimes seems to be pulling the wrong data.
My exported xml says S22E3 where in fact if you look on the radio times website, that is shown as episode 3 of 22 for season 1.
I'm wondering if there is something wrong with the regex for this site. I have screenshots that I've included.
Please could you have a look at this for me
i am using revision 23 (siteini.pack) checked your channel 5USA with site id =2008 and as you can see it match correctly the site season with episode/totalepisode, see shows at 21:00 and 23:00 of the guide
