disney channel is already available in france ini's
to create epg for a timeshift use the webgrab offset feature.
http://webgrabplus.com/documentation/configuration/webgrabconfigxml#conf...
it will copy the epg of the existing channel and apply whatever offset you set.
the epg is only downloaded once.
