Newbie: Would really appreciate some help...?

Hello, newbie warning :-)

I'm using the downloaded windows version of Webgrab++ (Vers 3.3) for the first time in Windows 11 and trying to follow the how to guide but I admit I am far from being technically minded. All the other files used are in the extracted version of the download.

I am trying to build an epg which would contain:

Qello by Stingray,
Stingray i-Concerts,
Stingray Classica and
Stingray DJazz channels.

So for my first attempt I took the first of those two channels and created a Webgrab++ config file with the following lines included:

Stingray Qello Concerts BR
Qello Concerts by Stingray
STINGRAY CONCERTS
Stingray i-Concerts
Stingray i-Concerts
Stingray i-Concerts HD

The rest of the lines were kept exactly intact from the installation file.
When I run the Webgrab++, there appears to be some sort of critical error warning:

I'm not sure what I am doing wrong? Can anybody guide me or better still create an example so that I have an understandable template on which to proceed with the other channels. In the config xml file that I am using, it does have my registered details included. I have just deleted them from the upload for privacy/safety.

Thanks in advance for any support or advice you can give.

In my siteini pack example the line for Stingray Concerts is:
channel update="i" site="telepoche.fr" site_id="stingrayconcerts" xmltv_id="STINGRAY CONCERTS">STINGRAY CONCERTS
in your xml you have
channel site="i" site_id="telepoche.fr" update="i" xmltv_id="STINGRAY CONCERTS">STINGRAY CONCERTS

So maybe you have Syntax Errors.
