Hey, I wonder if someone can help me out here? I have donated to WG+ so should have a full donation account, but when I run WG+ it doesn't even recognise my account at all and returns the 'default' profile.
It says the password doesn't match - except, I just logged into my account with those exact credentials.
This is the line in my config file (all passwords removed): f
And this is from the log:

I am running on the latest version of WebGrab+ (3.0.2.0). I can't figure out why it is mismatching on my password in WG+ but is letting me sign in here using the exact same details? I have double and triple checked for typos.

obv webgrab has a problem with your password.
post a screenshot of ur lisence line(password blanked out) as the forums wont show it correctly.

looks ok.i sent a msg to the admin.
also once u get it to work remove the f as u should only need to do a force update once.

The license password is not the same as the login password.
