Thanks a lot, but there is a small bug on the dates. I tried to analyze the .ini file but dont see the offset.
Programs are saved with +1 day timestamp, so programs of today (15th) are saved as tomorrow (16th).
Web: "date":"2016/05/15", "start_time":"08:00"
XML file: <programme start="20160516080000 +0000"

I have checked this several times already.
The PC running the webgrab is running fine on CEST timezone and clock is correct (Sun May 15 12:12:53 CEST 2016).
Checking specific programs, using a browser on the schedule (for GMT time) the date shows 15th, (also on the API page) but running webgrab the XML returns 16th. Something "fishy" going on...
Also the first programs in the XML file is then actually from the 14th, not the 15th. So there is a wrong offset somewhere.
Im using latest official: 1.1.1/55
Did a upgrade to Beta 56.24 and now date is correct :)
Must be a bug towards the 55.27 version.
