WebGrab Plus, team and fellow user's, I'm using the new Version 1.1.1/55.25 on Windows 8.1. machine. I keep getting errors (gatotv.com)
Error ] Exception.Message: Access to the path 'C:\ProgramData\ServerCare\WebGrab\html.source.htm' is denied. I have read a previous post, where Francis advised on add lines like [am][am] [pm] [pm] at the end of the line in the gatotv.com .ini. seemed to fix the problem, but that line is already included in the current .ini. , seems to be for the new version 1.1.1/55.25 as well. Also, StreamLive.to on some channels says no info on index page...I appreciate the help, I'll definately make a donation for the resolution to this issue :)

Well, that is the real problem.
This could be an issue of writing to much, or something else.
Just remove the 3 occurences of debug inside the siteini and I think you will be fine.

It works perfectly now !! :)...Francis could you inform the person in charge of you alls Paypal account, there is a glitch. Every time I put my info in to make a donation, it KEEPS TELLING ME INVALID STATE, but there's no line asking me to input. The page only ask's me for donation amt$$,name,address,city,postal and of course card number card info#

PayPal, I think there are hiccups at PayPal. Seems some settings are not available (currently). That part, we can't adjust, that's the responsibility of PayPal :-(
But if you could keep an eye on it. And let me know if the issue persists?
