Donator Channel not extendet to 250

Dear team, admins,
I try to figure out how to contact someone to extend from 50 to 250 channels grab, I did a twice donation and added an message about that to the last donation.
Stil im struggling with:

The total channel count set to :50

Can some admin step in and figure out why the system dos not extend to 250 channels ?
My donator account are extended to 2027
