Configuring WebGrab+Plus

Dear Sir/Madam,

I'm currently trying to figure out how to configure WebGrab+Plus, in particular I would like it to grab the EPG for UK Freeview East Anglia (with Mustard TV). Using feed from MyDigiguide.

So if anyone can please aid me in creating the appropriate configuration files it would be much appreciated.

Your configuration file format has got me confused. May I suggest some kind of generator to make a quick basic configuration file for using user selected source and appropriate channels.

Thank you for your time and attention in this matter.

Yours Respectfully,

MrGrymReaper

Hi,

it's been a while since you posted your question, sorry for the late response.

Unfortuantely digiguide.com cannot be used in WG++. Although we have a temporary working (but still unfinished) setup, the digiguide organisation made it technically impossible to grab a complete for fear of copying. So we stopped the development.
We are also working on a configurator like you suggest, but that won't be ready for some time. Its a simple matter of manpower.

Alternatively could the source be from Radio Times. There's a new epg xmltv (feed service source) called Atlas available for UK users.

We have a SiteIni for the xmltv api of RadioTimes http://www.webgrabplus.com/sites/default/files/download/ini/info/zip/UK_radiotimes.com.xmltv.zip I will have a look at the Atlas api , it might be worth to add it. Will be back here if it succeeds

Regarding Atlas : That might be technically easy to make but we have to buy a rather expensive license if our Atlas client get more than 10 users. And because we have no payed for subscription type of service we cannot organise this without paying it ourselves.
Too bad ..  Jan
