Could someone help me create or create a site ini for Cleveland antenna broadcasts.
I just can figure it out as I'm new to this whole thing.

did you check tvpassport or other sites? or if you have an url?
here's a provider list for clevland for the tvguide.com.ini
its in the international folder.
open the ini in editor and read the remarks section for channel list creation instructions.
i created this list using step 3.
as you will see there are 4 options for broadcast TV,i have no idea the area you want.
copy the channel line you want to create a list for from the included file and follow the directions for step 4.
