users can create updated channel lists.
http://webgrabplus.com/documentation/configuration/sitechannelsxml
<update>c</update>
Thank you, I'll try and add the missing channels
In the meantime I have noticed an other problem, all the start and stop times for the programs appear to shifted an back, meaning a program airing at 12:45 - 13:30 appears in the epg XML file as 11:45 - 12:30. From what I have checked this is the case with all data from allente.dk, is there something I can do to shift them all back?
edit the ini and on the site {xx} line change the timezone setting to..
timezone=UTC
its set incorrectly.
thank you, that worked perfectly
How can i create an updated channel list, do I have to find and add the necessary info in the file, such as site_id and xmltv_id. I dont really know where to find this information.
do as i said above,update c in your webgrab config.
new channel list will be create in your wg config directory.
this assumes you already have a channel line from the channel list in your wg config.
any channel line will work from the existing list.
Thank you, that makes sense, but what do I do whennew channels has been added to the site that is being scraped. For example the channel BBC Nordic had been added on the site but is not on the channel list for Allente.dk
works fine for me.
btw i noticed another mistake in the ini.
on the site {xxx} line.
timezone=Europe/Stockholm
should be
timezone=UTC
this is interesting for some reason my channels xml is very different, maybe i'm somehow using an old version. can I force webgrab to pull an updated list ?
was that channel list created in your webgrab config directory?
when wg creates new channel lists thats where they are,they are not created in the country folder where the old list is.
its not in my config folder, the differences must be due to me running webgrab in a container: https://hub.docker.com/r/linuxserver/webgrabplus
this is all I have in my config folder:
crontabs License siteini.pack WebGrab++.config.xml.example WebGrab++.log.txt
hot_cookies.txt robots WebGrab++.config.xml WebGrab++.config.xml.save WGLicense.log.txt
look in folder where your guide.xml file is saved.
this is assume in your webgrab config for for <filename>guide.xml</filename>
is just a filename?
check your data folder.
i have no idea where docker saves files as i dont use it.
I checked the update history for the container, it looks like the container has been contiuesly updated but the version of webgrab is still based on version 3.2.2 beta. that could explain why its still using the outdated siteini packs and channels lists
