This comment probably came too late and you already fixed that, but seems that the provider ID (72711) still works and generates channels. Here's the list of channels for (Costa Rica) Liberia - Cable Tica.
Version 11 of the tvguide.com.ini works pretty well but provides far less info - it's great for testing. As soon as you sort out the channel data issue you can switch to version 12.
