Duplicates and no images

This seems like one of those issues that seems pretty small but it is affecting my entire EPG listing.
I am extremely new using WG++, and I am using WG++ 5.3.0.0 on a Win 11.
I am running TVHEADEND on LibreElec and downloading the EPG from tvtv.us to an XMLTV.XML file.

When the data appears in the server (and thus the client) the Episode name (listed as Extra Text) is duplicated on almost every item. I am also missing many of the episode art that comes with it.

As shown in the snip 'EPG_All_stations.png' you can see that there are many duplications.

To make it clearer I showed just one channel in "EPG_Specific_station.png' and an individual entry under 'EPG_Specific_Entry.png'.

I also included the reference from the site in the 'From_tvtv_us.png' showing what was downloaded and what it should have looked like.

Also, the URL for the art on the tvtv.us website is: https://tvtv.us/gn/pi/assets/p23177431_b_v12_ak.jpg?w=240&h=360
The URL in the TVHeadEnd software is missing the end:https://tvtv.us/gn/pi/assets/p23177431_b_v12_ak.jpg
When I put both URLs into the browser they both load the image, just not in tvheadend.

Can anyone help me with these?

Have been reading that you need to enable http and https, some other added a user:
I created the * user and gave it access to the Web Interface (so it can access the picons over HTTP) and it seems to have fixed the problem.
Really is a pure tvheadend issue, may be someone else can help.

Totally ignoring the icon issue, I think that might have fixed it.
The other issue is the duplicates in the 'sub-title lang' field as shown here:

The Jennifer Hudson Show
HGTV Week. HGTV Week

and again in:

CHiPs
Home Fires Burning. Home Fires Burning

This can't be a tvheadend problem, this data was taken directly from the xmltv.xml file. And since it is not in the original source on tvtv.us it must be in the way it is being grabbed.
