Caçavision doesn't show the epg in any or meo because it doesn't download the programming, nor did Vodafone, did you put it in the file? My question is, isn't it because it's Ç?

your using wg V3.2,way outdated.
update to dontnet version V5.x
if a ini dont work with V3.x no support,too much has changed since that.
it hasnt been updated in over a year or more.
it used netframwork which was replaced by dotnet.

i do have the last V3.x still installed(V3.3)
both meo and vodafone works for me.
