i needed kz vpn to get epg url's but could grab the data no prob with a canada ip.
Updated: fix channel creation(missing channels)
no revision change.

check your webgrab license log and see if it says you are a donator.

do you have your license line configured correctly in your wegbrab config.
do not post you config file with your license info.
bt default the license line is disabled.
is there a <!-- and --> at the beginning and end.
if so remove them,in xml files these are comments and anything in between is ignored.
