merge-xmltv moves start/stop one day ahead

Hello,

I have a strange problem that cannot solve in the last couple of days. I use latest version of merge-xmltv with subpage.format and the timezone. When I run it, the resulting xml has start/stop incremented with one day (with correct timezone offsets). May be the problem is super simple but I am blind for it...
