it can take a few hours for paypal to post the transaction.
soon as that happens the system can update.
i hope you didnt forget to include your username as this seems to be happening more and more lately.
if you did the delay will be longer as the site owner has to fix this manually.

did your read abt adding your license info?
you dont use your forums password,goto bottom of page and click account in the bottom right,your will see a passcode,use that for password.
also in your config the license line is disabled by default.
remove the <-- and the --> from the beginning and end.
