running multiple WG++ help needed

Hi,

I want to run more than 1 configuration of WG++ on my Windows 10 PC at the same time. I looked on the site FAQ's and found the small section which say its possible but I don't understand fully how to do it.

So I created a folder called 'Config01' in my default WG++ folder (AppData>>Local>>WebGrab+Plus) and in the config01 folder I put the following files

-WebGrab++.config.xml
-Site ini's for the channels I want to generate including the channel.xml files.

I even incuded copies of the REX & MDB folders with the files. The part of the FAQ I don't understand is this

WebGrab+Plus.exe "C:\EPG\Configuation01"

Can someone please explain how to do this part more clearly

Cheers

change..
"C:\EPG\Configuation01"
to the path of your Config01 folder,you will also have to specify the path to your webgrab exe.

"C:\Users\[your_username]\AppData\Local\WebGrab+Plus\WebGrab+Plus.exe" "C:\Users\[your_username]\AppData\Local\WebGrab+Plus\Config01"
replace [your_username] with ur pc username.

the qoutes are not need if none of your directories use spaces in the name.it wont hurt to have then either way.

Thank you Blackbear199

I didn't realise it meant I had to update the shortcut of the exe file, lol but once you put what to change it clicked and now it all working.

u dont need to update the shortcut,it it made to run the default config in your webgra+Plus folder.
the above you can use in windows schedule to run any amount if instances manually.
just change the folder name to Config02 for example.

I am sorry but I have no idea what is "C:\EPG\Configuation01". I don't have this on my PC.

Also I have no idea what to do with: WebGrab+Plus.exe "C:\EPG\Configuation01" which was mentioned on FAQ page.

All I have is this:

WebGrab folder in C:\Users\xxxxxxx\AppData\Local\WebGrab+Plus

And another WebGrab folder in C:\Program Files (x86)\WebGrab+Plus

That's it. Now how do I run two instances of WebGrab with one guide.xml containing 200+ channels and 2nd guide.xml containing less then 50 channels?
