I updated to 3.1, filled in my user information but it keeps saying "Correct the username in the license request". I do know how to correctly spell my own username, so I don't understand what the issue is.

Hi, I just registered on webgrabplus but was using epg graber for over 2 years now. It worked amazing, I had arround 300+ channels and 30 site.ini's in use. Now I am restricted at 20 channels.

Anyone can provide me some help please?

Same for me. The free license only supports 20 channels now. Donator license supports 250 channels. Luckily I only have 86 channels. They say a dev account supports 1000 channels. So idk how people with over 250 channels are supposed to manage.

your username is "hernt" and the license password the one in your profile. With registered user license you can run 30 channels and 3 siteini

Basically you can run 500 channels with 10 euro/year or 0.83 cents/month as you prefer. If more or you need a more custom license contact the authors.

Hello, same problem here. How you solved it?

Yesterday I installed wg v3.1 in a lab server and it works.
Now, Im trying to do it into production environment but I have this same error.

I try under ubuntu 20, under ubuntu 18, with webgrab v3.1 also webgrab v3.1.1 but problem continue..

Same config.xml, same OS, same steps for install, but I cant do it work in my new server.

Any help please?
