is it possible to update maxtv.tportal.hr ini file as webpage changed name to maxtv.hrvatskitelekom.hr, as I have feeling that this site is also encrypted?

get this message when start wg++

Yes is not working new version of ini with decription key you post (maybe mat8861 need to update it), it working with this attached version of ini okay.

when I grab from maxtv.hr, I have epg 2h earlier than it suppose to be (when I compare to their webpage). Timezone is okay, all others Croatians ini's are working correct. What can be the issue?

Wg ++ checks for robots file, if not found or cannot write it kick out an error. Nothing important,what you could do is add the robots folder under D:\WG++\config1\ so it can write the file without problem. Make sure the "user" you run wg++ has read/write permission.

I see that you say E has some problems and to use EK version of epg.sbb.rs. I tried to switch today and like @apolon and I have also problem: [ Info ] ( 1/1 ) EPG.SBB.RS.EK -- chan. (xmltv_id=Nova HR) -- skipped --> encrypted SiteIni, practically encryption key is not working? (I use WG++ v3.0.3)
I use encryption key that you provide on forum "s.....3" and last epg.sbb.rs.EK.ini from your github page.

As indicated in online documentation minimum "mono" version is 5.0. Anyway good it is solved.
