Can someone please let me know if I need to change the time zone in foxtel.com.au.EK ini settings or do I leave it alone? For some reason my EPG is showing wrong programs etc. Ini file had UTC as a time zone setting, so I added +11:00 (Daylight Savings here in Sydney), Webgrab+ Plus did its thing, but once imported, the EPG is showing wrong programs. It took me the whole day today to figure out it was the time zone that was the reason for the data not showing up in my EPG, but now when I figured it out and changed the time zone to UTC+11:00, the guide is showing the wrong things.
Can someone shed some light here please :)

second faq: http://www.webgrabplus.com/faq and more down the page..Then if you settimezone=? will print in log all timezones. Pay attention as i didn't find UTC+11:00 for australia so it's wrong.

Thank you for your reply and your message. I completely forgot I included the decrypt key in my logs and understand why you deleted my reply. I am at work at the moment but I am slowly giving up on this whole thing to be honest, it turned out to be more time consuming than what I expected it to be and doesn't provide any end results. So I probably won't be trying anymore. If I do, I will update this post and provide more information. Thanks
Ok, so new update. This just bugs me so much, I spent 2 hours each night when I come back from work instead of spending time with my kids, lol. I just can't leave it be. If i leave the default timezone in foxtel.com.au.EK ini file (UTC), then the guide generated is one day ahead (for example today is 18 February 2020, 8.10pm and the guide generated starts on the 19th in the am). If I change the timezone to Australia/Sydney (that comes to UTC+11:00), the guide shows today's programs, but it's 11 hours ahead. If I check official Foxtel's guide the program that my EPG is showing as ON now, is actually airing tomorrow morning (7am). So what the hell is going on?
I am attaching my config file (this time without the decrypt key) if it's needed. I believe this is more of a foxtel ini file issue. I of course might be completely wrong. Please can someone chime in.
What you can do is if you are UTC+11:00, run wg with this settings, then run wg2mp to match your local time. Basically you should have: programme start="20200219014500 +1100 (The Young and the Restless S48 E230) that will become programme start="20200219124500 +0000.

I have no idea whats going on for you or the ini but when I check mine all looks fine.
here a&e channel for Sidney(see screenshots).
if you view screen shot 35 u will see the currently playing show is Storage Wars(Bowling for brandi).
if you view screen shot 36 the data shows start="20200221063000 +0000" stop="20200221070000 +0000"
lets do the math,sidney is UTC+11:00 so the correct time for Sidney would be..
start="20200221173000 +1100" stop="20200221180000 +1100"
if your results are the same one possible problem is whatever your using to view the epg data does not recognize the timeoffset in the start/stop times.
kodi used to be like this but I don't think its still a issue today(not 100% sure on this).
the only fix for this is todo what matt said and use wg2mp.
the problem I can see with you changing the timezone= setting to UTC+11:00 is this.
the start/stop times are in UTC,i just showed this above in my screenshots.
when wegbgrab generates the date used in the urlindex is will use UTC time as a reference to figure out the date for today,every day after will be today +1,+2,ect.
see where I am going with this?
but changing the timezone= to UTC+11:00 webgrab is going to now use this as a reference to calculate todays date.
so lets say u grab at 2pm utc time,that time in Sidney(+11:00 hrs) is 1am tororrow so this is the date webgrab will use for today when its really still yesterday in UTC time.
will this mess things up?
in this case most likely not as this site has the start time in java format which webgrab can convert to a full dd/MM/yyyy HH:mm:ss in utc time.
this is also a prime example of why you shouldnt just go changing the timezone= setting unless you know what your doing.
if this site had the start times in HH:mm only things could have really turned out messed up depending on when the grab was run as if it was after UTC+01:00(for Sidney in the example) webgrab would calculate the wrong date for today.
btw wg2mp will do exactly what I described above,convert all times from this format..

to

of course that's if your local timezone is UTC+11:00
