I checked RTL 2 (Magyar) and is ok for me. Try with update mode c to produce an updated channel list.
For example does not work:
PRO 7
RTL
SAT 1
Superone HD
Why? should I try i instead of c?
Update mode C is to create new channel list, viceversa those channels you mentioned, if you go on site only have title. if you check Viasat Nature/History that channels has description showicon etc etc.

Get it in the xml file and see:
channel update = c

I attach the log file because I write it here in vain, it does not display special characters.
I use two webgrab versions. One is a docker, the other is the web version, the latest. You made this ini file on February 1st, after that it worked as it was in the file, after that the webpage did not work for 3-4 days and since then the ini file simply does not display the data. But good with you, I don't understand. I tried update with i and tried with update c, in both cases not good. I use port.hu musortv and cinemagia.ro all three work, only tvmustra doesn't work.
Dont' know what to say...here they work ok. Can you try with dns 8.8.8.8 and 208.67.222.222 or with another computer ?
Could be the ad blocking adguard bug and it doesn't connect. I will shut down and try again in the evening.
