Since several days, my webgrabplus configuration can't update the shows (CH/fra channels in my case). No errors in log file (see my attachements document with just RTS un HD ), but no updates (7 days) in the guide, only skipped shows...
I have the last version of site.ini pack (SiteIni.Pack_2019.09.02_213500) on a QNAP Container Station Ubuntu 18.04 (which has always worked before) and I tested it also this morning under a Windows configuration. Same problems : no updates of the shows.
Is there a problem with the links at horizon.tv?

OKAY. Thank you. I have just seen that new ID for RTS Un HD is 896731174963 (found it by surfing the guide from https://www.upctv.ch/tv/guide-tv.html), but I do not see anywhere on your site the complete update of horizon.tv.channels.xml? Where can I find this update?

dude,look under the documentation tab and read on how to update the channel.xml list yourself.
