I was using the french "programme-television.org" but a few day ago it began to be very very slow.
From yesterday, i got the next message :
Generic Syntax exception:
message:
no index page data received from *channel*
unable to update channel, try again later
Existing guide data restored!
Could anyone help me?

I having same problem with several French TV channels. Last night, I substituted "skysiertv.com" for just KTO. That worked, but it lacked program info, but at least I can see the Program Titles for each program.
I hadn't had to make many changes lately. So had to review how all this works. "programme-television.org" in the past required a cookie file. So I am planning to refresh P-T's Cookie with Cookie Export (I use Google Chrome) & see if that helps (a New Year change?).

Cookie Update did not help. So I suspect the Web Site has changed for grabbing EPG. I just loaded latest Zip Config file from webgrabplus site just in case that helps.
I guess that I will change all the French Channels that are available thru "skysiertv.com" as replacements for "programme-television.org" for now until hopefully changes are programmed for this EPG provider.
Note: Azur TV provides good program info for programs listed - going thru "skysiertv.com". Bonne chance.
I did both - 1) changed some French feeds to use "SKYSIERTV.COM" and 2) used latest INI for "PROGRAMME-TELEVISION.ORG" for overnight refresh of EPG. "PROGRAMME-TELEVISION.ORG" worked after using latest INI config update for TV Vendee/TV8 Montblanc/TV Tours. "SKYSIERTV.COM" also worked for a few channels switched out. I am planning to switch back to "PROGRAMME-TELEVISION.ORG" for most. Bonne Chance.

Update: I found my way
1. download latest inipack from the portal
2. copied France.ini's into the dedicated ini directory
3. restart the program
