My Sky Grabbing Doesn't Have Any Show Descriptions and The Titles Contain (?) Does Anybody Know The Fix or Could Provide Me With A New .ini File?

I'm looking at this too, trying to learn how to create ini files. I think that is the only way you're going to get a solution.
I think the key issue is that the page doesn't (as I can see) point to detail pages, but rather all content is on the "index" page. As a start you can simply set the title to the same as the index_title to get rid of the (?)
index_title.scrub {single|"title"|:"|",|",}
title.scrub {single|"title"|:"|",|",}
