teleman.pl.ini: add "https:" in url icon

Hello,

I have a problem with external process:

- UserWarning: Path to icon (//media.teleman.pl/photos/470x265/Golf-European-Tour_cvYLMVb.jpg) is not "http", "https" or "ftp".

Is there any way to add "https:" by modifying the file teleman.pl.ini?
