Thanks for the configuration files, I've just tested them on a channel and the result is identical.
Connection to moustique.be on port 443 seems to be refused.

what wg version are u using, upload wg log file.
i use 5.2.1.3
https://github.com/SilentButeo2/webgrabplus-siteinipack/tree/master/eval...
Version: 5.0.1.0
update.
the ssl prob was fixed in V5.1.4(i think) and higher.
also 5.2.1.3 needs net 8.
I could only upgrade to 5.1.4.0 with .NET 7 because Centos 7 doesn't support .NET 8.
Unfortunately, it still doesn't work.
The log no longer shows the connection problem, but it keeps trying again without success.
V5.1.4 works for me.
what user-agent ate you using in wg config?
one i use
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/79.0.3945.130 Safari/537.36 Edg/79.0.309.71
I use the same one as you.
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/79.0.3945.130 Safari/537.36 Edg/79.0.309.71
I can't connect to or retrieve anything from 'https://tv.moustique.be' from my VPS. Telnet or Curl don't respond on 443 port.
They're probably blocking my VPS...
that or u have other issues,it it up to date.
try update your ssl certificates.
not sure how thats done on centos as i run ubuntu.
i have my own server(canada) and not blocked so i dont see why you would be.
