i assume your getting all these channel names from your m3u?
the site has only 1 RTL+ channel and they call it RTLup
horizon.tv has it and prob few other DE ini's now you know what to look for.

Have you tried to make a fresh channel list ? Not sure is "RTL up" anyway i made a fresh list
