sbb.rs and mts.rs

Made SiteIni's for sbb.rs. You can choose between an index-only and a full version.
The download speed is acceptable.

At the moment it works only with a PHP script. So you need also a webserver for this. If you do not have access to one, you can install XAMPP on your PC (Windows) or LAMPP (Linux) to run a webserver.

I tried to use only WG++, but either it does not work, or the exact syntax escapes me.

The website requires a token. I do not like to pass on the token I obtained, so you have to obtain your own token. The procedure on how this can be obtained is described in the instructions file in the attached zip fle.
