Creating a channellist file for tvguide.com , four steps:
!! only works in program version 3.1.7.1 or above!!

Step 1: Create a list of available countries
in config , channel section add this channel, remove or disable al other channels
<channel update="i" site="tvguide.com" site_id="" xmltv_id="dummy">dummy</channel>
use <update>c1</update>
run 
Result in tvguide.com.channels.c1.xml .. 
any of these country can be used in step 2

Step 2:  Create a list of provider for the selected country
in config, replace the 'channel' of step 1 with any in the result of step 1
example ...
<channel update="i" site="tvguide.com" site_id="BOL" xmltv_id="Bolivia">Bolivia</channel>
use <update>c2</update>
run 
Result in tvguide.com.channels.c2.xml .. 
This is the channellist file for the selected country and the selected provider.

STEP 1 AND 2 EXCLUDE THE CHANNELS FOR USA. FOR USA USE STEP 3 AND 4

STEP 3: CREATE A LIST OF PROVIDERS FOR A GIVEN ZIP CODE
IN CONFIG, CHANNEL SECTION ADD THIS CHANNEL, REMOVE OR DISABLE AL OTHER CHANNELS
<CHANNEL UPDATE="I" SITE="TVGUIDE.COM" SITE_ID="XXXX" XMLTV_ID="DUMMY">DUMMY</CHANNEL>
REPLACE "XXXX" WITH YOUR ZIPCODE, EG SITE_ID="10001"
USE <UPDATE>C3</UPDATE>
RUN 
RESULT IN TVGUIDE.COM.CHANNELS.C3.XML .. A LIST OF PROVIDERS FOR THE SELECTED ZIP

Step 4: Create a channellist for a selected provider.
in config, replace the 'channel' of step 3 with any in the result of step 3
use <update>c4</update>
run 
Result in tvguide.com.channels.c4.xml , A channellist of the available channels for the selected provider for your zip code
